The Casio G-Shock GA-2100LXB-1A9 is a refined analog-digital men’s watch from the 2100 Series and part of G-Shock’s LUXE BLACK collection. It takes the iconic octagonal 2100 silhouette and gives it a more sophisticated appearance with an elegant matte-black dial and gold vapor-deposited hour markers. Casio launched the model in June 2026.
The dial features a deep matte-black finish designed to absorb light and reduce reflections. Newly developed slim hour and minute hands are paired with redesigned gold-finished hour markers, creating subtle metallic contrast against the black dial.
The GA-2100LXB-1A9 combines analog and digital displays. The analog section uses two hands for hours and minutes, while the digital display provides seconds, month, date and PM information. A hand-shift function moves the hands away from the digital display when required, improving digital visibility.
The watch uses G-Shock’s Carbon Core Guard structure and is shock resistant. Its carbon/bio-based resin construction keeps the watch lightweight at approximately 51 grams, while the case measures 48.5 × 45.4 × 11.8 mm.
The GA-2100LXB-1A9 is rated to 200 metres water resistance, making it suitable for swimming and other water-related activities. It also features Neobrite for improved visibility in low-light conditions and a mineral glass crystal.
Its functions include World Time across 31 time zones, a 1/100-second stopwatch, 24-hour countdown timer, five daily alarms, full auto-calendar through 2099, 12/24-hour format, and double LED Super Illuminator lighting.
Powered by two SR726W batteries, the watch provides approximately three years of battery life. Unlike the GA-B2100 models, this GA-2100LXB-1A9 is not a Tough Solar or Bluetooth model.
